1. What can I get for free?

You'll want Coach: FREE which will give you access to the Ready to Re-Open course, our recommended resources, and invitations to some of our Digital Showcases.

You'll miss out on the webinars, which are the more substantial bits of Coach. You also won't be able to see the archive of past Webinars and Showcases to catch up in your own time. For all of that you'll need to sign up to (the very reasonably priced) Coach: PRO.

You'll still get loads of value on the FREE plan though, so do sign up. You can always upgrade later.

2. I'm a freelancer/consultant/agency, can I sign up?

Absolutely, please do. You'd be very welcome.

3. Can my organisation sign up and then share a single set of login details across the team?

Erm… I'd maybe keep quiet about it if that's what you're planning to do. And bear in mind that, per account, you'll only get:

  • one webinar invitation link
  • one showcase invitation link

4. How accessible is the content in this course?

When you sign up we'll ask if you have any access requirements.

Course content will be delivered through text and video. There might be the occasional PDF checklist.

Live sessions will be delivered via Zoom, which we understand is one of the more accessible platforms. We'll look into live captioning and other steps to improve access to those. Recorded videos will be captioned and, if applicable, audio described.

5. What if I am unhappy with the course?
