Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

You are entitled to a 14-day no-questions-asked refund if you change your mind. After that, contact us and we'll see what we can do.


Is there a discount for my colleagues?

Yes! We want as many people to benefit from Coach as possible and we know that cultural organisations have limited training budgets. The group subscription enables you to enroll your entire team for £500 + VAT.


Are there more courses coming?

We're working on new courses and resources for 2023. Coach All Access subscribers will automatically get access to new releases as part of your subscription.


What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You have access to Coach All Access while your subscription is active. If you cancel you will no longer have access after your subscription period ends.


Do I have to get the Coach All Access subscription?

Nope! If you're after something specific you can enroll onto a single course and be done with it. The Coach All Access subscription is the best overall value, but really it's about what training you need right now.


I'm a freelancer / consultant / agency, can I sign up?

Absolutely, please do. The courses are designed for arts professionals but everyone is welcome regardless of where you're coming from.


How accessible is the content in this course?

You can access the courses from just about any device you might have. It'll work on your phone, tablet, laptop or desktop - all you do is login to your account and off you go.

Courses are a mix of text and video. There might be the occasional PDF. You don't need any specialist equipment.

Coach courses are at-your-own-pace and online, so you can fit studying in around your schedule.

We sometimes run additional live webinars, which are delivered via Zoom.
